Refund policy

Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. Please contact us with questions before placing your order or for assistance with ordering.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns may be eligible for store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping.

Any items sent back for return/exchange with damage such as makeup stains, lotion/deodorant stains, or smoke scent will not be accepted. 

Accessories such as hair clips, teleties, etc are not available for return, exchange, or refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved, we will issue you a store credit via email. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your store credit via email, please contact us at shopjandgcompany@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect ALL orders upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Store Credit

We issue store credits by gift cards that will be emailed to you. The gift card may be used online or in store.
